Electronic Correspondence Log Book

Conventional methods for recording correspondence frequently involve replicating the same data (sender, recipient, reference number, etc.) many times for different correspondence lists and registers (e.g. in the traditional correspondence log or in the Excel format). To streamline the operation of secretary’s offices and eliminate document loss within the organization, we have developed our esPOST module. Our Electronic Correspondence Log Book offers users a possibility to record and register incoming and outgoing correspondence. In addition, the solution automatically generates a correspondence log, which markedly optimizes work performed by secretarial staff, eliminating the need of duplicating data.

The company’s incoming documents can be scanned at the registration stage. After that, paper versions can be filed away for archiving. “Paperless offices” are able to operate faster and more efficiently, reducing to a minimum the risk of errors.
